Crystal Care, a leading licensed and certified Home Health agency in North Texas was founded in 1996 in response to the growing need for experienced, compassionate home health care providers. Our dedicated team of highly qualified and experienced healthcare professionals provides superior compassionate care to each of our clients. We have been serving our patients in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and surrounding communities since 1996.

Within the next 5 years Crystal Care Home Health Services will be in the top ten percent of home health agencies in the Dallas Area for quality, compassionate, effective home health care services by providing quality care to patients with compassionate, qualified staff.
Our team of service providers includes RN's, LVN's, Home Health Aides, Case Management Specialists, Administrative Specialists, and a complete office support staff.
We are experts at completing and filing the necessary forms for Insurance carriers, Medicare, Medicaid, and social services.
Our team approach to the treatment/caring process includes all of the necessary office and care providers to assist every client in the way that is most beneficial for them and their case.
Our comprehensive reporting and record keeping system exceeds all HIPPA requirements.
Qualifications: Each staff member is certified/accredited according to their specialty.
We do a personality profile on each staff member to assist us when we are matching them to a client.
Background: Everyone on our staff submits to a rigorous background references check. We do this internally rather than out-sourcing it. This is to assure thoroughness, consistency, and confidentiality.
Our proprietary process is designed to not just “filter out” unacceptable applicants but also to identify any that might be a potential risk to our services and commitment.
Training: We require our staff to participate in continuing education courses and encourage expanded training in their specialties. We perform in-house training in specialized subjects such as:
Communication and Documentation
Updates on changes in policies, requirements, benefits, etc.
Medicare and other healthcare management issues.
We partner with the leading service providers for all aspects of care a patient might need, which are not of our services.
We want to know that our care/service providing partners meet the same high standards that our clients have come to expect from us.
Accordingly, we pre-qualify them to assure that they meet the same standards, in their services, which we provide our clients.
As we do with our employee qualifications, we check our partner’s and supplier's references as well as their financial stability. This is to assure our clients that everyone that comes into their home has been thoroughly checked.
